Brainwaves And Manifestation – Guide

Brainwaves and Manifestation is becoming an integral part of the Law of attraction.

In recent years, people who are proponents in the law of attraction have become interested in the relationship between brainwaves and successful manifestation. It is becoming widely held that alignment with the intention of the soul is possible using brainwaves of lower frequency, and that this attainment may be possible with meditation or by brain wave entrainment tools. As a means of entering into a deeper level of consciousness or immediately relaxation, brainwaves meditation is becoming an alternative choice.

While we know already the importance of subconscious thoughts and beliefs, what may be news to us is that the electrical impulses in our brains have an important role to play in our desire for fulfilment. So what exactly are brainwaves? What is the connection with successful manifestation? This article addresses this question.

Brainwaves and Manifestation

The human brain consists of a network of billions of neurons, or nerve cells, which communicate with each other and produce an oscillation of electricity, generating an electric field. These cells transmit information in both electrical and chemical form throughout our bodies. They resemble synchronic electric pulses which can be detected as pulses using basic clinical methodology, for example EEG (electroencephalography). Within this field are formed our emotions and our thoughts. While some of these brainwaves cause slowness and tiredness, others are known to cause alertness and high activity.
In this way our brains are similar to electrochemical organs; brainwaves are not material, but are manifestations of the brain’s electrical activity. Five types of brainwaves, from low to high frequency, have been identified by scientists. These are similar to musical notation in that each denotes a specific activity. Brainwaves are the detectable refection of activities which occur inside the brain when we feel, think and act, and not the source of the experience or thoughts.

The Five Types of Brainwaves

  • 1. Gama Brainwaves (30-100Hz)
Gama brainwaves are the fastest brainwaves and are linked to higher mental activity. They are generated whenever new information is learned and when concentration and focus needs to be brought to bear.
  • 2. Beta Brainwaves (14-40Hz)
Beta brainwaves are prevalent during alert wakefulness, and they are active when working, socialising and reading. Brain cells fire readily during this state, and help when you need to understand or engage with things.
  • 3. Alpha Brainwaves (8-13Hz)
Alpha brainwaves are experienced when trying to access a deeper level of consciousness. They occur when both body and mind become relaxed and visualisation of future happiness is attempted.
  • 4. Theta Brainwaves (4-7.5Hz)
Theta brainwaves are prevalent in those who are very experienced practitioners of meditation upon entering deep meditation. This is the “third eye” that chakra yoga devotees speak of. Dreaming is also associated with theta brainwaves.
  • 5. Delta Brainwaves (0.5-4Hz)
The most deep stages of sleep is associated with delta brainwaves and this is when rejuvenation and healing occurs, and also the point at which we enter the unconscious mind itself. It is possible for experienced meditation practitioners to enter here whilst in deep transcendental meditation.

Learn how to Control Your Brainwaves and Manifestation

The body and the mind may be trained to access these different brainwave states. It is our autonomic (involuntary) nervous system which controls our brainwave frequencies. You will be capable of controlling the frequency of your brainwaves as long as you are able to enter into deep meditation.  If you are able to control these brainwaves then you will also be able to re-calibrate the conscious and subconscious mind in order to dream.

The following is an exercise in mindfulness which attains the Alpha state and is able to progress into the Delta state.

You need to prepare yourself for this session, and begin by allowing your body to assume a more comfortable posture. Maintain a straight back and allow your shoulders gradually to soften, and close the eyes.

Notice the calm and gentle nature of your breathing as your body relaxes, and how still your body is. Release all tension from your mind, slowly finding a relaxed breathing rhythm.

The moderate rise and fall of your chest, in time with each breath in and out, is something you should become aware of.

Breathe normally. Always focus back on your breathing if any thoughts try to intrude, and let these fade away; although do not try to block any thoughts.

Notice any emotions or feelings that occur as you continue to focus on your breathing. Acknowledge these emotions or feelings and then allow them to drift away. Keep focus on your breathing.

At this moment, your brain activity has been slowed down to less than 13 cycles a second. You will feel extremely calm and relaxed; you’re experiencing the alpha brainwave state.

Wrap Up

Keep concentrating on your breathing and soon your mind will expand beyond the movement of thought and into infinity. This is now the theta state. By controlling your brainwaves and manifestation, your mind will be aware of its own limitless potential and you will experience a life without any limitation.

I wanted to know more about the law of attraction, but there was so much information out there, as a result I have written these articles. Collating all the relevant basic information, so that I could share with you what I have learnt.
