Law Of Attraction For Health

When the law of attraction is allowed to flourish, it will flow into all the important aspects of your life and endow you with glowing good health. If your concern is weight loss, improving your shape and toning up, or if there is some specific medical or clinical issue you are facing, there are ways that you can attain your own desired level of health by using manifestation tools.

Here’s how the law of attraction  can be used in order to attain perfect health.

Law of Attraction for Health – Setting Your Health Goals

The law of attraction can be used for engendering good health. But it is important to know about the nature of the statements that you make. Do not make them too general, such as “I want to lose weight”. You must make very specific statements such as “I want to lose 2 kilos”. This means that you are setting yourself a specific target which you can work towards.

Your targets need to be measurable. So instead of making “getting in trim” your target, make sure to go for statements such as “I’m going to the gym for three months and I will lose 2 kilos in that time”.

Your targets all need to have their own schedule for taking into account the timescale for their accomplishment. You might also consider rewarding yourself for when you reach that target.

It is important that you make these targets realistic and achievable. Because if you fail in them it will only be discouraging and deter you from proceeding as you should.

You could always use a vision board to enhance motivation. The board that you make would contain images and words to inspire you to achieve specific things. So your vision board may depict celebrity images who exhibit the health traits that you wish to emulate. Put this in a place where you have easy access to it on a daily basis and just look at it for a few minutes during each day.

Using Mental Imagery and Affirmations

An important part of the success of the law of attraction is the way in which you can use what is known as visualisation, which is the practice of mental image focusing. Using meditation in this way generates an energy force which will ensure the changes necessary for you to get to your target. You can use this for several different aspects of your health.

Sit down comfortably in a quiet place for a few minutes and close your eyes; then take some deep breaths, which will help keep your mind calm. Imagine that you are seated in a cinema. Press the imaginary button on the seat in order to turn on the screen.
The picture begins. Imagine yourself as the star. Try to see every tiny aspect including all the sound and the colour.

Press another imaginary button which opens access to the screen itself and allows you to enter into it. Rise from your chair and walk right up close to the screen in order to enter what is being depicted there.

If the target you have set is to eliminate junk food and eat healthily, then you should visualise a setting in which you are highly vulnerable to junk food hunger, For example, picture yourself at home surrounded by junk food and imaging how it looks and smells and tastes. You should let this hunger increase and not oppose it.

Now imagine putting all the junk food out and taking on a healthy salad instead. You should engage all your senses including taste, small and colour. Feel how robust your body is and that how well the good, healthy food that you eat supports this strength and reinforces your fitness. Now imagine enjoying your food using all the senses.

Remind yourself that you are not just watching a picture; instead you are in that picture in the starring role, so you’re the main character.

If your target is to get your body in trim, imagine that you are in the gym. Visualise all aspects of that gym, including all the apparatus and items of weights and machines. Visualise doing each exercise one by one, each one step by step with every movement of your body.

You get the sense of sweating and the muscle burn, also your breathing is getting much stronger and faster, and you feel the heaviness of each weight. You visualise the slow transformation of your body into a perfect figure while you perform these activities.

Now look at yourself in a mirror: the reflection is of a beautiful and fit person of optimum weight. Take time to appreciate this appearance and say the following affirmations:

  • I love myself and approve of myself
  • I have done everything to make real changes to my life
  • I am perfectly well in body, mind and spirit
  • I consistently drive through all pain
  • Each day I am closer to having the perfect body
  • I automatically resist the temptation for food which is bad for me
  • I imagine my perfect body and act to make it a reality
  • I am confident in my body.

Taking everything into consideration, if you want the law of attraction to help you attain your ideal level of health it’s useful to think about fitness and diet and not about being ill and unhealthy as the law of attraction will respond accordingly, to what you are thinking.
